We continuously try to improve our delivery time and the stock availability, however, occasional delivery problems occur. To avoid disappointing customers, we offer a delivery guarantee for products in stock. This guarantee is not applicable to orders requiring special requirements. You are entitled to a 15 Euro discount should your order from our normal stock not be received within 10 days from the order date.
The discount is applicable to either the current order or can be saved for a future order. However, the discount is not valid if you cancel your order within 14 days. To apply for this reduction, please email us quoting your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rights to exchange
You are able to exchange a product within 14 days of receipt by completing the Return Form found in the Customer Service link. Clearly quote your order number and indicate the product you wish to exchange. Attach this form on the package. Shipping costs are borne by you. We will reserve the new product for 14 days, providing you inform us at email@example.com
In some cases, we may offer a prolonged exchange period. If this applies to you, please email us with a request before placing your order. If agreed, we will follow up with an email confirming the terms and conditions.
For online orders that are returned within the time limit or exchanged, we can not charge the full amount transfer back. For retention costs and the examination of the goods, we reserve 10% of the net value of the goods.
Goods that are damaged, used or damaged by a bad packaging during transport arrives and not more than "new" can be sold - is excluded from exchange / redemption
All EU residents are charged the current prices inclusive of 20% VAT. All EU companies are not charged VAT providing the company’s VAT number is quoted in the order. The order form displays VAT and Shipping costs, before the purchase is confirmed by the customer.
Companies or residents outside the EU are exempt from VAT. The order form displays product prices exclusive of VAT and applicable shipping costs before the purchase is confirmed by the customer.
Any import and customs duties are borne by the customer according to the legal regulations of the respective country.
We only accept payments in advance with a credit card, Sofort or Paypal. You can feel secure when you make a card payment with us because we encrypt your card data to make sure they do not fall in the wrong hands. We have been certified by COMODO SSL. Our Card transactions are paid in co-operation with MPay24
We use UPS to deliver all our orders.
Responsibility during delivery
We take full responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery. If you decide to give us something back, you are responsible for the goods until they are safely received by us. Be sure to carefully package the returns and use the original packaging. If you find that an item has been damaged during shipment, you must carefully note this on the delivery note when you accept the item.
Packages that are not collected
If an ordered package is not picked up, we will still charge the customer the original postage and the return fees. For large packages additional freight charges will be charged according to the current delivery price list.
If you have complaints or comments about any of our products, or if you wish to return an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must give us your order number and we will then hand you a return form. If you have the opportunity to take a picture of the article, please do it. This can speed up the handling. The defect or damage must be due to a manufacturing defect and is not valid for normal use or aging of the product. Complaints due to errors or damage should be made as soon as possible after discovery. Once we have received the return, our goal is to resolve the claim within 30 days.
High Performance Cases shall be under no liability if it is unable to carry out any order (including delays and delivery) for any reason beyond its control including, without prejudice the generality of for going, Act of God, fire, inclement or exceptional weather conditions, official or unofficial industrial action, hostilities, shortage of labour, materials, power or other supplies, governmental order or intervention or any other cause whatsoever beyond the Company’s control or of an unexpected or exceptional nature.
All personal information given to email@example.com is treated with respect and strict confidentiality. The way in which we store personal information follows the guidelines of Austrian law. We promise not to divulge or disclose any personal information we receive from our customers. We only collect and use the information that we and our affiliates need to process your order. Examples of partners are PSP (Payment Service Providers) and banks.
Any fraudulent use of personal or card information will be reported to the police. We collect IP addresses to use as evidence in case police action is required.
