Procedure for business customers – B2B

High Performance Cases sells products and special solutions direct to businesses and offers up to 30 days credit (subject to approval). We are specialists in all kinds of transport boxes, foam liners, storage products etc. and can provide no-obligation advice on the choice of solution and product. Contact us by telephone or e-mail if you have any questions or would like more information.

For companies, you can use a payment card or pay against an invoice. You can also call +43(0) 664 73149608 to place an order. (Note that the invoicing option requires credit approval). All prices are incl. VAT and other charges; there is no payment card fee, handling charge etc. You will only be charged for shipping. The prices reflect today’s rates.

Note that all purchases not made via our website will have shipping added. 

Purchases made by payment card will only be debited when the item(s) is/are dispatched. You will not be charged a larger amount than you agreed to. We will encrypt all your card details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. That means that outsiders cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction. You can choose to shop as a guest or set up an account. If you shop as a guest, you will always receive an order confirmation, waybill and invoice as a PDF attachment sent to the e-mail address you have given us. To buy using a PO number, you can either telephone, send an order or shop via our website, quoting your PO number at check-out (note that the invoicing option requires credit approval). Warranty, returns policy and cooling-off period

Public institutions have no right of return unless agreed otherwise in writing. If so, the purchaser is entitled to be refunded for the amount equal what was paid for the goods, once High Performance Cases has approved the returned item. Freight costs, insurance, fees etc. will not be refunded..

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc.) and Sofort and Paypal. All prices are incl. VAT and other charges; there are no payment card fees, handling charges etc. You will only be charged for shipping. The prices reflect today’s rates.
